Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. A table of our shipping costs can be found on the shipping page in the footer.

It depends on where you are. UK customers have an option of standard shipping which takes 3-5 working days or most products are available with express shipping options. International customers should view the shipping rates and times table in the footer. 

We use Parcelforce as our chosen courier. With Parcelforce you will receive a text message and email giving you an accurate delivery time. International couriers may vary. 

We have a 1pm shipping cut off Monday - Friday for next day delivery. Any orders placed after this time will be treat as an order placed the day after. We do not dispatch parcels on a Saturday or Sunday. 


We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Further details of the returns and refund policy can be found in our email footer. 


You should receive a VAT invoice for your order within 24 hours. If this isn't the case please contact our accounts team and quote your order number.
